What To Expect From Your Visit To Sleep Centers
Your treatment plan may involve a long-term commitment, and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
Step 1 – Assessment Services
The evaluation usually begins with a consultation visit at one of our Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee locations, at which time your sleep and medical histories are obtained.
In order to be diagnosed for a sleep disorder, you will then be scheduled for the appropriate sleep study.

Step 2 – Diagnosis Services
Once the study has been completed, your case will be reviewed and treatment recommendations will be made as part of the evaluation.
The results are then reviewed as part of an interdisciplinary team meeting with specialties that include Pulmonology, Otolaryngology, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Psychology, Respiratory Therapy, and Nursing.
Step 3 – Treatment Services
Treatment is formulated based on the diagnosis and individual needs of each patient.
