Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee is a fully integrated sleep program that offers medical equipment and supplies for commercial insurance or self-pay patients.
Our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) department carries the latest devices and accessories for our sleep therapy patients.
Qualifying patients can log into their patient portal and order CPAP supplies, including masks, cushions, filters, and other supplies, with fast and free shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: If your insurance coverage for the selected CPAP supplies is not fully covered, we will contact you about your out-of-pocket costs before fulfilling your order.
How to Place an Order for Your CPAP or BiPAP Equipment In Person or by Telephone
If you are a current patient and received your CPAP or BiPAP machine from Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee and would like to place your resupply order over the phone, please call (629) 772-7428.
You can also order your PAP resupply while visiting one of our three locations.
If you received your CPAP machine from a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company other than Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee, please get in touch with them directly to request a resupply.

- Full name

PLEASE NOTE: Your insurance carrier may require that a follow-up appointment be conducted to ensure treatment efficacy and eligibility before ordering your PAP supplies.
