What Does It Mean?

It indicates a mild obstruction of the airway during sleep.

Behavioral changes such as avoiding alcohol or losing excess weight can help address mild snoring, however, it’s an early indication of future obstructive sleep apnea. Even mild snoring is considered disordered breathing, and worsens with age and weight gain.

What Should I Do?
